I had this friend, Duncan, and for some reason I was reminded of this funny conversation we had once.

We were talking in art class, probably about something stupid and I just remember we got on the subject of how he and I had been attempting to chat on yahoo one night and he kept logging off and on alll night. He proceeded to tell me that, at night, after his parents go to bed, he would have to sneak downstairs to get on the internet, and that he was logging off and on because he thought he heard them “stirring”. As the conversation went on, it came out that all of this would start happening at 8:00pm….his parents’ bedtime..

I just remember laughing my ass off because I already knew he lived a sheltered life at the time, but I had no idea the extent. I mean, who’s parents go to bed at 8:00pm?!?!
